Chuck trains people of all ages, shapes and sizes. He works guests from "from fingernails to toenails" with his unique, all-inclusive approach to functional exercise. Because functional human movement should not be exclusive to any one population, Chuck's soccer-moms receive the same type of training drills as the athletes he work with, without the use of machines or mirrors.
